ElvUI is a UI setup for the World of Warcraft, that completely changes the full user interface which was previously controlled by the default UI i.e. The included bag addon has been pretty awful in Legion so far, bug-wise, but everything else has been solid.
RealUI is kind of basic in some areas but does a pretty solid job of keeping key information near the center of the screen. I started on TukUI and ElvUI and ultimately didn't care for them I'd be more specific but this was during WotLK so I honestly don't remember.
